HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY STICK?

Fill out the form that is linked under the 'Service' option in the menu bar.  The form will have questions to help us curate the perfect stick for you!

DO I NEED TO GET MATERIALS BEFOREHAND?

Swoop is a stringing service, we do not provide materials. However, we are able to supply materials for you for an additional cost which can be discussed by contacting us through our 'Contact' option in the menu bar.

DO WE MEET SOMEWHERE?

Yes, after filling out the form to customize your stick we will contact you as soon as possible with the next steps.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Payments are upfront via Venmo or cash.  This transaction is either done before or at the transaction place.
